Cuba is interested in close cooperation with the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of Belarus, First Vice President of the Council of State, the Council of Ministers of Cuba Miguel Mario Diaz-Canel Bermudez said during a visit to the academy, BelTA has learned. “We invite the Academy of Public Administration to draw up a joint cooperation agreement so that we could establish an exchange of students, professors, economic exchange.

So that we could share our experience in training and conduct joint courses. I think that we will have a good relationship,” Miguel Mario Diaz-Canel Bermudez said. The Cuban guest added that he wanted to visit the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of Belarus. A few years ago, the academy hosted the current Economy Minister Marino Murillo who was in Belarus on an official visit. “He was pleasantly surprised with the training level of the personnel in Belarus.

At that very moment we were busy with developing a higher school of personnel and administrators in the country. The experience of Belarus that Marino Murillo told us about was also taken into account as we drew up the school development concept,” the First Vice President said. Rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of Belarus Marat Zhilinsky noted that he was ready to sign the agreement.

“We have a lot to discuss: training, enhancement of qualifications, education programs, internship, academic exchanges,” he added.
